内容記述 | We examined the differences in expression of Cdc2, CyclinB, Cdc25B and Cdc25C proteins after irradiation with gamma ray and carbon ion beams. The G2-M transition is regulated by phosphorylation / dephosphorylation of Cdc2 and its states are detected as three different migrating isoforms by western blotting method. Our analysis showed that total Cdc2 protein increased gradually following both irradiation. In the case of gamma irradiation, the slower migrating isoform (27-63% of each total protein) of Cdc2 reached the level of 3.7 times in comparison with unirradiated cells after 12 hours and then decreasd gradually. The faster migrating isoform (37-73% of each total protein) peaked at the level of 1.8 times after 30 hours and persisted at this level until 40 hours. Following irradiation with carbon ion beams, the slower isoform (51-66% of each total protein) peaked at the levels of 2 times after 12 hours and kept this level until 40 hours.The faster migrating isoform(21-31% of each total protein) reached the peak level of 2.8 times after 30 hours. The middle migrating isoform (8-18% of each total protein) reached the peak level after 12 hours. There were no significant differences in Cyclin B, Cdc25B and Cdc25C. | |||||
