| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate repair capacity of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) in vitro irradiated with carbon ions by two fractions. We measured chromosomal aberrations in peripheral blood lymphocytes by using the techniques of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and chemical induced premature chromosome condensation (PCC). There was little difference of the chromosomal damage induced by 50 keV/um carbon-ion beams between single fraction and two fractions, while it was found that PBL repairs the chromosomal damages induced by 13 keV/um carbon-ion beams during fractionation. | |||||
