| 内容記述 | Human lymphocytes were exposed to argon and iron ions produced by HIMAC for the investigations of cytogenetic effects of low doses of shielded high-energy charged particles. In addition analysis of complex type chromosome damage was investigated after exposure to carbon ions. Chromosome damage was studied at first mitotsis after exposure. Premature chromo-some condensation (PCC) technique was applied to compare yields of carbon induced complex chromosome rearrange-ments. Chromosome aberrations were scored using the fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique. | |||||
