内容記述 | The dose at the center of SOBP depends on the field size because of large-angle scattering fragment particles in the watr phantom. In order to estiate the dose at the center of SOBP by the calculation, it is necessary to estimate the field size dependence accuracy. We have developed the dose estimation method using a semi-empirical dose distribution of pencil beam which take into account of the effect of large-angle scattering fragment particles. The obtained field-size dependencies of the therapeutic carbon beam agreed with the measured dependencies very well. | |||||
