内容記述 | The non-collinearity of electron-positron annihilation radiation from in vivo 18FDG was determined for the first time by the conversion from the measured Doppler effect in the energy spectrum into the angle difference from 180 degrees. The distribution was a Gaussian centered at 0 degree and the FWHM was 0.54 +/- 0.02 degrees, which is about 15% larger value than that have reported for pure water. Some polarized groups and ions may suppress the formation of positronium, and the pure water is not good quantitative approximation of the human body about the angular distribution. Since the value is determined under the same condition as a clinical 18FDG-PET scan, it can be used reliably for simulations, system designs, image reconstructions, etc. | |||||
