内容記述 | 金属間化合物(NiTi:B19'構造)について、電子励起及び弾性衝突によるエネルギー付与(それぞれSe,Sn)が結晶構造に与える影響を調べるため、SeとSnを大きく変えたイオンビーム(He:1MeV, Al:5MeV, Au:16MeV, Xe:200MeV、(Se:0.6(He)~32(Xe) keV/nm、Sn:7.6e-4(He)~2.4(Au) keV/nm))を照射し、構造変化を観察した。Al、Au、Xeでは照射量とともにB19'からbcc構造を経て非晶質化が見られた。Heではbcc構造に変化したが、非晶質化は見られなかった。それぞれの照射量と結晶構造の変化の度合いを詳細に調べた結果、bccにはSeが、非晶質化にはSnが大きく影響していることが示唆させれた。 | |||||
