内容記述 | Graphene oxide (GO) with large surface area was synthesized by directly growing GO on porous alumina employing chemical vapor deposition for investigating the adsorption mechanism of Cs in aqueous solutions. Electronic structure analysis utilizing in-situ near edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements makes clear that Cs atoms bond to oxygen functional groups on GO in the aqueous solution. The Cs adsorption capacity was found to be high as 650-850 mg/g, which indicates GO/porous alumina as an effective adsorbent with high effciency for adsorbing radioactive nuclides in aqueous solutions. | |||||
