| 内容記述 | The thermoluminescent Na-doped BeO phosphor (Panasonic UD-170A) is one of thebetter thermoluminescent dosimeters due to its high sensitivity, tissue equivalency, andrepeatability. However, there have only been a few reports on thermoluminescence (TL) glowcomponent analysis, despite this being necessary to understand the physical characteristicsof thermoluminescent phosphors based on BeO. In this study, the TL glow curve of thethermoluminescent Na-doped BeO phosphor was analyzed using a postannealing method with avery low heating rate of 0.1 | |||||
