内容記述 | Carbon-13 NMR imaging has been combined with 1H-13C polarization transfer to improve image quality. Natural-abundance carbon images of Fischer rat bodies were obtained within a few minutes. Next 13C-labeled glucose was administered orally to rats, and spatial distributions of glucose and its derivatives were observed with this technique. | |||||
