| 内容記述 | We have been developing the proton Cyclotron AutoResonance Accelerator (CARA). A test bench is developed to demonstrate the acceleration of electron beams with a single RF cavity and a solenoid magnetic field, which is similar to the protonCARA. The test bench consist permanent magnet used 2.45 GHz ECR ion source of RCNP and cavity and electron gun.We simulated electric field of permanent magnet and electric field in RF cavity by Finte Element Method (FEM) simulation codes. Then we simulated electron orbit in the electric field and magnetic field by simulated FEM code by OPAL. The simulation showed electron accelerate from 3 kev to 18 keV by the test bench. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
