| 内容記述 | Radioligands targeting urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR), which binds urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) and mediates proteolytic cascades involved in cancer invasion and metastasis, have shown promise for cancer diagnosis. However, their clinical translation has been limited by insufficient stability and imaging contrast. This study aimed to develop and evaluate two cyclic peptide-based positron emission tomography (PET) radioligands, [64Cu]PEG3-WX360-Nle and [64Cu]N3-PEG3-WX360-Nle, for stable and selective imaging of uPAR expression (Fig.1). | |||||||||
