| 内容記述 | Aluminum and aluminum-based alloys have low affinity for hydrogen, and there are few reports of direct reactions with hydrogen. However, if hydrides of lightweight and inexpensive aluminum-based alloys could be used as hydrogen storage materials, it could lead to higher gravimetric hydrogen density and lower cost of hydrogen storage alloys. We have been searching aluminum alloy hydrides based on the idea that new aluminum alloy hydrides could be realized by reacting aluminum alloys with highly reactive hydrogen at high pressures and high temperatures. | |||||||
