Negative capability as measured with the German version of the Negative Capability Scale (either identical to the original Japanese version (see H1) or an adapted version based on results from H2) correlates with established psychological constructs in a nomological network in the expected directions, indicating convergent, divergent and concurrent validity. Specifically, we expect correlations to be a.
