| 内容記述 | We have developed a flat-field spectrograph with an aperiodic W/B4C multilayer-coated grating for use in the 2–4 keV tender X-ray range. We report several results of electron microscopy-based tender X-ray emission spectroscopy, including high-resolution emission spectra of In-L and Sn-L from indium-tin-oxide (ITO), a well-known transparent conducting oxide. Furthermore, we present another application of aperiodic multilayers: the design of a tender X-ray beamline for use at NanoTerasu, capable of delivering practical throughput over the 1–5 keV energy range. | |||||||
