| 内容記述 | Most of the Toroidal Field coils have already been delivered to the ITER site and TF Coil preparatory work is ongoing in TF Coil Preparation Building before Sector SubAssembly. For the preparatory work, the ITER Organization established the installation process of Inner Leg Intercoil Structure (ILIS) panels, which are the key components to keep TF Coils insulated from each other and maintain the gap as 2 mm nominal between TF Coils, by welding washer-shaped parts to push the panels onto TF Coil Inner Leg. In addition, Local Machining Tools (LMT) were also developed to make dowel holes for Correction Coil (CC) Base Clamp installation and interface holes for Outboard Bracket to be attached during the transfer of Sector Module to Tokamak Pit. The LMT allows us to perform the various machining activities on the TF Coil without large machining center. |
