| 内容記述 | The temperature dependence of the surface spin-flip transition (SFT) near the Fe3BO6 crystal surface was studied by 57Fe-synchrotron-based conversion electron Mossbauer spectroscopy. The linearly polarized, highly directional synchrotron Mossbauer γ-rays enable spin-orientation-sensitive measurements. The small irradiation area of focused γ-rays minimizes surface non-uniformity effects such as temperature variations. The results clearly demonstrate that the temperature dependence of SFT in ~100 nm below the surface is bulk-like, contrasting previously reported results. | |||||||||
