| 内容記述 | Dimethyllumazine (DML)-thiazole orange (TO) conjugates were developed for fluorescence sensing of thymine glycol (Tg)- containing DNAs based on the selective recognition of the A nucleobase opposite the Tg residue. Additionally, this conjugate has demonstrated an inhibitory activity on endonuclease III, a DNA repair enzyme, through its competitive binding to Tg-containing DNAs. |
