{"created":"2023-05-15T15:03:11.038341+00:00","id":85590,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"55de95a0-366f-4b46-92f7-d2b3049091ab"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"85590","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"85590"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00085590","sets":["10:29"]},"author_link":["1030618","1030620","1030626","1030627","1030619","1030617","1030628","1030629","1030625","1030622","1030630","1030624","1030623","1030621"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2022-01-09","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高温超伝導の発現機構は未解明であり、超伝導ギャップの研究が精力的に行われている。走査型トンネル顕微鏡/分光による銅酸化物高温超伝導体Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ(Bi2212)の超伝導ギャップの研究では、ナノスケールの実空間不均一性が報告されている[1]。一方、角度分解光電子分光(ARPES)からは、波数方向に異方的なd波超伝導が報告されているが、これまで実空間不均一性の影響は考慮されてこなかった。そこで本研究では、ギャップの波数依存性と空間依存性の関係性を調べるため、不足ドープBi2212について高分解能マイクロARPESを行った。図に、超伝導状態のノード方向のバンド分散を示す。このバンド分散をノード方向からオフノード方向にかけて取得し、ギャップの波数依存性を検証した。さらに試料位置を変化させて、同様の測定を行って位置依存性を検証した。講演では、ギャップ関数により解析評価した超伝導ギャップと擬ギャップの位置依存性を議論する。また、X線光電子分光を用いて、試料表面の化学状態の不均一性を検証したので、その結果も報告する。\n[1] K.
