{"created":"2023-05-15T15:02:49.957227+00:00","id":85164,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"736c3128-4381-4297-aa28-1c0023640ed3"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"85164","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"85164"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00085164","sets":["10:29"]},"author_link":["1026565","1026561","1026567","1026573","1026585","1026568","1026578","1026570","1026580","1026582","1026581","1026574","1026576","1026577","1026563","1026586","1026587","1026579","1026584","1026572","1026571","1026575","1026569","1026566","1026562","1026583","1026564"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2022-03-15","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"機能性物質における結晶構造の不均質は、しばしば機能発現のメカニズムを担う。例えばセラミックコンデンサの誘電率は材料である強誘電体のドメイン境界や粒界の密度に依存し、水素吸蔵金属は原子間距離を長大化することで水素吸蔵を実現する。不均質な構造と機能との相関を見\n出すことが、機能材料の性能向上や新物質の発見へとつながっていく。\n結晶構造の不均質さを可視化する非常に有望な技術として、Bragg コヒーレントX 線回折イメージング(Bragg-CDI) 法が挙げられる[1]。Bragg-CDI は放射光X 線の空間コヒーレンスを利用したBragg 回折図形の取得と、フーリエ反復法を用いた位相回復解析を組み合わせたレンズレスイメージング手法である[2,3]。我々は日本国内ではBragg-CDI 技術開発を先駆けており、2021 年秋の日本物理学会にて40–500nm の微結晶粒子へのBragg-CDI 適用例を報告した[3]。\n今回、水素化物の歪分布可視化を目的とし、パラジウム微結晶粒子の未水素化物と水素化物それぞれに対してBragg-CDI を適用し比較した。本講演では、得られた位相回復解析結果から、水素化による微結晶内部の歪分布の変化について報告する。\n[1] I.
