[18F]FITM、さらに線放出核種で標識したTRT薬剤 [211At]AITMの合成と評価などを報告した。しかしながら211Atの放射能量が370 MBq以上を用いて[211At]AITMの合成した際に放射化学的収率(RCY)が大幅に低下した。我々は合成方法の改良を行い、RCYの改善を試みた。【方法】211Atの製造は垂直照射法を用い、精製は窒素気流下での乾留法で行い、捕集をループトラップ法で行った。標識反応は前駆体としてスズ体、酸化剤はN-クロロスクシンイミド(NCS)を用いて検討した。【結果】211Atの捕集方法をCHCl3中への直接バブリング法ではなくループトラップ法で捕集の後、NCS-MeOH溶媒で溶出回収を行った。CHCl3の場合の211Atの回収放射能量と比較してNCS-MeOH溶媒は20%程度回収放射能量が減少した。それぞれを用いて標識反応、精製および製剤化まで行った結果、211At/CHCl3 (388 MBq~481 MBq)の場合、[211At]AITMのRCYが9.5 ± 3.9 % (EOS, n=3)、211At/NCS-MeOH (314 MBq~399 MBq)の場合59.9 ± 1.8 % (EOS, n=3)であった。【結論】211Atが高放射能量の場合、NCS-MeOH溶液を用いたループ回収法はRCYの改善に寄与することがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名, 開催地, 会期,
