For example, glial cells in a neural system mutually communicate together by the electronical or the chemical waves. In this study, we focus on fluctuation of the Ca2+ concentration as a second messenger within cells exposed to an ionizing radiation. Normally, Ca2+ ions are stored in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) or mitochondria. In response to the environmental change, ER promptly discharges the ions resulting in a temporal periodic change of Ca2+ concentration in the cell. This oscillation is called Ca2+ wave. IP3 and CaM participate in the oscillatory regulation and propagation of the wave within the cells. The process has been suggested to control various physiological functions. Each cell in the population may work as a nonlinear oscillator which ensure the robust living system responding to irradiation. Spatiotemporal concentration change in Ca2+ ions in X-irradiated cell populations were investigated in vivo and in silico. The former was live cell imaging approach. The cells were treated with a Ca2+ specific chemical fluorescent probe, Fluo 4, and time-lapse observation of the Ca2+ concentration was performed using a fluorescent microscope. For the latter, we applied a computer simulation using models described by nonlinear differential equations. Time evolution of both concentrations of Ca2+ and its chelate agent in cells, CaM, was explored using several negative feedback models.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名, 開催地, 会期, 主催者等)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本放射線影響学会第64回大会","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ami, Suzuki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1006270","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shotaro, Otsuka"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1006271","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Akinari, Yokoya"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1006272","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ami, Suzuki","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1006273","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shotaro, Otsuka","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1006274","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Akinari, Yokoya","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1006275","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"conference object","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_c94f"}]},"item_title":"Ca2+ waves as communication tools in irradiated cells","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Ca2+ waves as communication tools in irradiated cells"}]},"item_type_id":"10005","owner":"1","path":["29"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2021-09-17"},"publish_date":"2021-09-17","publish_status":"0","recid":"83514","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Ca2+ waves as communication tools in irradiated cells"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T19:20:54.577474+00:00"}
