Intended users are returnees and health and welfare workers. After assessing their needs, we flowcharted the app and prototyped its operational logic with commercially available software tools. Professional developers will focus on improving the user interface and ensuring data security. The finished app will be compatible with mobile phones and tablets. To effectively serve elderly and child-rearing generations of returnees, utility and ease-of-use are paramount., ICRP International Conference on Recovery After Nuclear Accidents Radiological Protection Lessons from Fukushima and Beyond}, title = {The Development of an Application Tool to Support Returnees in Fukushima}, year = {2020} }
