Plastic nuclear track detector (PNTD) and fluorescent nuclear track detector (FNTD) are applicable for microdosimetric study in targeted radionuclide therapy with high LET alpha particles and auger electrons. We have demonstrated co-visualization of human gastric cancer cells (NCI-N87) bound with 211At-labeled trastuzumab antibodies against HER2 antigens and alpha particle tracks emitted from each cell using CR-39 PNTD. This method provides the binding efficiency of 211At-agent on the targeted cells and single cellular dose. The autoradiographic dosimetry with tissues sliced from mice carrying metastatic cancer in the livers injected with 211At-agent provides the dose concentration in specific tumours localized in the tissue. In situ single cellular dosimetry is available with Al2O3:C,Mg FNTD under the confocal microscopy. Co-visualization of ion tracks and DNA double strand break regions in a single cell has been demonstrated with FNTD where cells were cultured. Single cellular dosimetry with live cells will be applicable for investigating biological response. A confocal microscopy of FNTD traces fluorescent signals as a function of detector depth. Fluorescent signals due to auger electrons emitted from 64Cu reagent mounted on the detector has been discriminated from associated beta rays and photons by their range difference. We present a possibility of single cellular dosimetry with ion track detection technology for targeted radionuclide therapy.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名, 開催地, 会期, 主催者等)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"IAEA Technical Meeting on Imaging Using Ionizing Radiation to Address Biological Challenges","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kodaira, Satoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"907760","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kodaira, Satoshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"907761","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"conference object","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_c94f"}]},"item_title":"Single cellular dosimetry with ion track detection technology","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Single cellular dosimetry with ion track detection technology"}]},"item_type_id":"10005","owner":"1","path":["29"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2020-12-11"},"publish_date":"2020-12-11","publish_status":"0","recid":"81280","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Single cellular dosimetry with ion track detection technology"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T21:07:41.703048+00:00"}
