{"created":"2023-05-15T14:59:41.974226+00:00","id":81003,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"cf8f67aa-df42-4a4f-accf-307063fabc64"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"81003","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"81003"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00081003","sets":["10:29"]},"author_link":["901167","901163","901159","901153","901154","901155","901165","901157","901156","901158","901152","901151","901148","901161","901150","901162","901149","901160","901166","901164"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2020-11-12","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】乳房用PET装置は対向平板型とリング型の2種類がある。対向平板型はマンモグラフィと比較しやすいなどの利点があるが、投影データが大きく欠損することから、対向する検出器方向のボケは避けられない。本研究では、対向型の利点を残しつつ投影角度の欠損を抑えた、ラウンドエッジ型(平板の両端に位置する検出器に36度傾斜をつけ視野中心に向けた配置)を考案し、その有用性を検証した。【方法】Geant4を用いて平板型、ラウンドエッジ型、リング型のPET装置をシミュレートし、感度、空間分解能、画質を評価した。検出器はGAGGシンチレータ(結晶サイズ1.5×1.5×15mm3)を模擬した。【結果】ラウンドエッジ型はリング型より感度は劣るものの、平板型と比べ画像のボケが減少して垂直方向の空間分解能が大きく改善(4.0mm→1.9mm)し、視野中心付近の4mm集積のコントラストが28%上昇した。TOF情報によりさらに画像のボケが低減し、DOI情報により小集積のコントラストが上昇した。【結論】ラウンドエッジ型ジオメトリは乳房用PET装置として有望であることが示された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名,
