From the viewpoint of structural integrity, creep-fatigue (CF) damages of F82H should be studied since the blanket is cyclically loaded with pressure, heat load and electromagnetic force at elevated temperatures including creep field. In this study, CF damage of F82H at 550°C in air was investigated. Especially, impact of CF interaction on fatigue damage and CF lifetime was quantitatively evaluated.\nA NT (normalizing and tempering: 1040 °C × 40 min/air cooling + 750 °C × 60 min/air cooling) F82H plate was used in this study. Round bar specimen machined from the plate along the rolling direction with a gauge section of φ5 mm × 12 mm referred from ASTM E2714-13 was used. Tension-compression tests at 550 °C in air were conducted with the strain rate of 10–1 %/s. The total strain ranges of 0.75% and 1%, and 180 s holding per a cycle at the peak compressive stress was applied.\nBased on the existing data of pure creep, pure fatigue and CF, constitutive relations of pull-plastic and push-creep were formulated by the strain-range partitioning method and used to estimate CF lifetime of F82H. The estimated lifetime agrees with CF experimental results within the factor of two. The developed correlation formula and CF experiment results show that fatigue damages decrease with decreasing total strain range.
