Differential express ed genes among clinical NPC samples NPC and NPC R cell s were examined using gene chip and TMT assay associated with bioinformatics analysis. The relationships between the screened gene and DNA repair pathway, intracellular oxidative stress were further investigated to disclose the mechanism of radioresistance.\nRESULTS: CLIC4 gene was higher expressed in the NPC tumour of \n radioresistant patients and contributed to radioresistance of NPC R cells that were not resistant to carbon ions irradiation DNA damage response might not contribute to this differential radioresistance of different irradiations.
