One of them is synchrotron radiations from spiral moving electrons under a uniform magnetic field. We present that photon vortices with a wave-function of vortex by the high-order harmonic radiations in quantum level. In particular, in strong magnetic field such as 10^12-13 G, which are observed in magnetars, photon vortices are predominantly generated. Such photon vortices could be measured a new detection system based upon Compton scattering., The COSNAP Colloquium in National Astronomical Observatory in Japan}, title = {Generation and detection of photon vortices in the universe}, year = {2020} }
