4f電子密度分布であるとされているが、実験的には明らかにされていなかったため、Nd2Fe14B内のNd 4f電子の電子密度分布の異方性を実験的に明らかにするために、放射光粉末X線回折を用いた電荷密度分布解析を実施した。Nd2Fe14Bのスピン再配列前後 (転移温度Tsr = 135 K)の100 Kと150
