[64Cu]VEGF125-136 peptide was successfully obtained with satisfiable radiocharacteristics. The tracer showed good specificity to visualize VEGFR-2 in various mouse models, and the tumor-specific radioactivity uptake was highly correlated to the VEGFR-2 expression level. Moreover, the tracer showed high tumor uptake (5.89 ± 2.58 %ID/g at 20 min postinjection in B16F10 mice) and excellent pharmacokinetics, achieving the maximum imaging quality within 1 hour after injection. These features endow the [64Cu]VEGF125-136 as a promising clinically translatable PET tracer for imaging tumor angiogenesis., 第19回放射性医薬品・画像診断薬研究会での口頭発表}, title = {PET imaging of VEGFR-2 with a novel 64Cu labeled peptide}, year = {2019} }
