However, it may be different from the structure in solution. Thus, we built the atomic models of the overlapping dinucleosome in solution based on the experimental profiles of the small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and the small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) by the computational approach. We first generated a lot of atomic models of the di-nucleosome with different conformations by computer simulations using the X-ray crystal structure as the initial model. Then, the SAXS and SANS profiles were computed for each model. Finally, these computed profiles were compared with the experimental ones to find the appropriate models. For the accurate reproduction of the experimental data, it was important to model the histone tails, which were missing in the X-ray crystal structure., 第3回QST国際シンポジウム}, title = {Model building of overlapping dinucleosome based on SAXS and SANS profiles}, year = {2019} }
