[18F]Fluoroethyl(FEt)化薬剤は、11C標識メチル化薬剤の前駆体から18F標識合成が可能であり、広く応用されている。[18F]FEt化合成については、2ポット合成法が主流であったが、近年Knieeらが1,2-Bis(tosyloxy)ethaneを用いた水存在下1ポット[18F]FEt化合成法を報告したため、改良した簡易的な[18F]FEDAC及び[18F]FET合成法を検討した。 【方法】[18F]FEDAC合成については、Sep-Pak QMAからK222及びK2CO3の入った2%水入りCH3CN溶液で[18F]F-を溶出し、炭酸セシウム存在下100℃、5分の反応で[18F]Fluoroethyl tosylateを合成し、前駆体/DMSO溶液を加え100℃で15分間反応させた。[18F]FETについては、NaOH存在下90℃で10分間反応させた。  【結果】[18F]FEDAC合成については、約4 mgの前駆体を用いて18F-から18%以上の放射化学的収率で合成できた。[18F]FET合成については、約6 mgの前駆体を用いて18F-から10%以上の放射化学的収率で合成できた。
