Xe)を照射するとビーム方向に延びることが知られており、異方性光学素子等への応用が期待されている。今回、高崎研で開発したタンデム加速器用負C60イオン源からの大電流C60イオンを用いて、電子的阻止能が上記Xeイオンと同程度になる1MeV-6MeVのC60イオン照射でも同様のナノ粒子の変形を起こすことを見出した。本成果は台数の少ない高エネルギー加速器に限定されていた大きな電子的阻止能を利用した材料改質研究を電圧が1MVから3MV程度の多く普及している静電加速器で実施可能なことを意味し、その普及に大きく貢献するものである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Nature
