Gamma-rays passing by the imploded core of MBI can be bent by the modification of the vacuum making possible transient gamma ray lenses. Since the stagnation time for protons at the maximum density of the compressed core for pure hydrogen targets has been shown to be 10 attoseconds via simulations, measurement requires extremely short duration sources. Burst Intensification by Singularity Emitting Radiation (BISER) produced by an intense laser pulse interacting with underdense plasma can be extremely bright, spatially and temporally coherent with simulations showing attosecond duration. BISER and the MBI could be simultaneously generated by a single laser pulse.
