N-tert-butyl-α-phenylnitron (PBN) was used as a spin-trapping agent for radicals derived from lipid molecules. An ESR signal intensity due to the radical adduct of PBN was significantly increased after 20 Gy C-ion (13 keV/µm) or X-ray irradiation (1.66 Gy/min) to an isopropyl myristate solution of PBN. No significant change in the ESR spectrum was observed for an oleic acid solution of PBN after 20 Gy C-ion (13 ke/ µm) irradiation. 20 Gy C-ion (13 keV/µm) irradiation to a methyl oleate solution of PBN resulted in a significant increase in the ESR signal intensity of the radical adduct of PBN., H30年度HIMAC共同利用研究成果発表会}, title = {低LET炭素イオン線照射が脂質分子に与える影響}, year = {2019} }
