In this study, we performed the random mutagenesis of Ls-D35 strain by irradiation of carbon ion beams and the mutated strains were screened. The 500 Gy-irradiated mutant strains showed the reduction of starch production by increasing the resistance of the strain against the cerulenin. The further study is required to demonstrate the lipid production of 500 Gy-mutated Ls-D35 strain and to confirm the reduction of starch formation.}, title = {Effect of Ion-Beam Irradiation on the Sensitivity of Oleaginous Yeast Lipomyces starkeyi Against Fatty Acid Synthesis-Inhibitor Cerulenin}, year = {2019} }
