We investigated two-body Coulomb explosion of OCS in phase-locked two-color laser fields by coincidence momentum imaging to demonstrate selective bond breaking of polar molecules and discuss its underlying physics. In addition to a clear oscillatory behavior of the fragment ejection direction as a function of the relative phase of two-color laser fields, branching ratio between two dissociation channels (O^+ + CS^+ / OC^+ + S^+) also depends on the relative phase.
