Analyses for ILW dust particles at inner divertor were started from June, 2015. Surface morphologies for ILW dust particles are measured by SEM/EDX. Typical diameter of dust particles is less than 100 micro-m. Be flake dust (thickness of 8 micro-m) showed oxide layers of 2 micro-m. Tritium retention of ILW dust particles at the inner divertor was evaluated to be 0.1GBq/g by LSC. Deuterium retention of ILW dust particles was evaluated to be 1.2 x 1021 atoms/g from the total dust weight of 4.4mg at the inner divertor (TDS)., 22nd International Conference on Plasma Surface Interactions in Controlled Fusion Devices}, title = {Comprehensive Characterisation of Dust Particles from JET-ILW}, year = {2016} }
