{"created":"2023-05-15T14:52:21.367855+00:00","id":71483,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"98ded665-aaca-4fa8-9e6f-98b9785aa07b"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"71483","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"71483"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00071483","sets":["10:28"]},"author_link":["702910","702894","702898","702901","702902","702885","702905","702892","702903","702904","702907","702897","702909","702891","702889","702899","702887","702906","702895","702888","702900","702908","702886","702890","702896","702893"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2014-08-10","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"重粒子線がん治療において、高度な照射治療を目的とした重粒子照射装置である小型超伝導回転ガントリーの製造が現在進行中である。この回転ガントリーは0度から360度とあらゆる角度からの重粒子ビーム照射を可能とし、これまでの固定ポートを用いた治療よりも精度の高い照射治療が可能となる。我々は回転ガントリーの小型軽量化のため、偏向電磁石に二重極成分と四重極成分を独立に励磁可能な超伝導電磁石を設計し、製作を進めている。また、この回転ガントリーでは三次元スキャニング照射法を用いた治療が行われる。スキャンされたビームを超伝導電磁石で輸送し、治療照射を行うことから、超伝導電磁石には高い磁場均一度が求められる。本研究では、ガントリーの小型化に大きく貢献している超伝導電磁石の磁場分布を精度良く測定した。測定には複数のホール素子を用い、磁石中心軌道に沿わせたレール上を移動させながらホール電圧を測定する自動システムにより磁場分布を三次元的にマッピングした。磁場測定の結果から、二極コイル単体励磁において予期せぬ四極成分が観測された。このような四極成分がある場合に、治療で必要とされる照射野の確保、及び平行ビームにするため、線形近似による軌道計算を行い、各超伝導電磁石の四極コイル電流値を最適化した。また、磁場測定から得た磁場分布を用いて粒子のトラッキングシミュレーションを行い、線形近似による軌道計算との比較を行った。\nManufacture of superconducting rotating-gantry for heavy-ion radiotherapy is currently in progress. This rotating gantry can transport heavy ions having 430 MeV/nucleon to an isocenter with irradiation angles of over 0-360 degrees, and enables advanced radiation-therapy. To reduce the size and weight of the rotating gantry, we designed superconducting magnets that can independent excite dipole and quadrupole field. The three-dimensional scanning-irradiation method is performed in this rotating gantry. Therefore, uniformity of magnetic field is quite important, since scanned beams traverse through these superconducting magnets before reaching to the isocenter. In the present work, we precisely measured the magnetic-field distributions of the superconducting magnets for the rotating gantry. We used Hall probes to measure the magnetic-flux density. The magnetic-field distributions were determined by measuring Hall voltage, while moving the Hall probes on a rail, which has the same curvature as a center trajectory of beams. The measured-field distributions were compared with designed distributions by using a three-dimensional electromagnetic-field solver, the OPERA-3D code.
