{"created":"2023-05-15T14:52:21.321059+00:00","id":71482,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"d65fb4e5-c059-4fe0-8172-b8f06ad89e68"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"71482","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"71482"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00071482","sets":["10:28"]},"author_link":["702882","702883","702884","702880","702879","702878","702881"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2014-07-30","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々はこれまでMR造影剤,蛍光色素,抗癌剤を含有した温度応答性リポソームと放射線照射を併用した腫瘍治療に関する検討を行ってきた.本報告では,放射線治療の一種である重粒子線(炭素線)照射後に温度応答性リポソームの投与ならびに加温を行い,治療効果ならびに薬剤送達性について検討した.マウス由来大腸癌細胞を皮下移植した担がんマウスの腫瘍部位に対し,炭素線(5Gy)の局所照射後,温度応答性リポソーム(200l)を投与し,腫瘍内が10分間42.5℃になるよう温水還流による加温を実施した.腫瘍体積は,炭素線照射+加温群などの対照群に比べ,増殖速度を抑制できたことから,各治療による効果を阻害することなく,抗腫瘍効果を増大できると示唆された.また,前臨床用7.0テスラMR装置を用いて薬剤の腫瘍集積性を比較したところ,照射の有無による信号変化は認められなかったことから,今回の照射線量において,薬剤の腫瘍集積性への大きな影響はないと考えられた.
