In comparative PET/CECT studies, 64Cu-RAFT-RGD uptake provided easy detection and better tumor contrast to background than 18F-FDG. Biodistribution with blocking study, autoradiography, histological, IF and IHC analyses confirmed αvβ3-specific tumor binding.
