The major radionuclides identified were tellurium-132, iodine-131, cesium-134 and cesium-137. Tellurium-132 has a short half-life of 3.2 d so that the ingestion of the radionuclide through food chain was thought to be negligible, however, the other radionuclides are in concern for public. In Kanto plain most areas returned to the normal dose rate, but in Fukushima is much higher than background level.\nAlthough agricultural products have already been well controlled of their radioactivity levels by screening at local governments, such edible wild plants have not been measured since these plants were taken by local people for personal consumption. In order to know the effect of food processing (washing and boiling) of edible wild plants to remove radionuclides, some wild plants were used for the present study.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名, 開催地, 会期, 主催者等)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"56th Annual Meeting of the Health Physics Society","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tagami, Keiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"692136","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Uchida, Shigeo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"692137","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ishii, Nobuyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"692138","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"田上 恵子","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"692139","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"内田 滋夫","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"692140","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"石井 伸昌","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"692141","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"conference object","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_c94f"}]},"item_title":"Reduction of radioactivity concentrations in edible wild plants by food processing","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Reduction of radioactivity concentrations in edible wild plants by food processing"}]},"item_type_id":"10005","owner":"1","path":["28"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2011-07-26"},"publish_date":"2011-07-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"70482","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Reduction of radioactivity concentrations in edible wild plants by food processing"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T20:02:27.208009+00:00"}
