In the TF database we developed, stable elements are used as analogues of long-lived radionuclides because it is necessary to consider long-term transfer of long-lived radionuclides in the environment, e.g., more than 10,000 years.\nCritical staple foods are rice and wheat; the former is the dominant staple food crop in humid tropical and sub-tropical countries across the globe, and the latter is cultivated worldwide (Fig.1). Although both are members of Poaceae Family, they are different in cultivation methods.
