For all soil samples, Kd-85Sr and Kd-Sr ranges were 6.2x10^1-1.8x10^3 and 3.6 x10^1-1.8x10^4, respectively. Kd-85Sr and Kd-Sr in the three soil types were significantly different (p<0.05), but the difference between the geometric means of Kd-85Sr and Kd-Sr in each soil type was only two-fold. There was a weak correlation between Kd-85Sr and Kd-Sr. For cesium, Kd-137Cs and Kd-Cs ranges were 2.7x10^2-3.6x10^4 and 4.5x10^2-9.0x10^4, respectively. The difference in Kds for radioactive and stable Cs for the three soil types were less significant compared to those for Sr. A weak correlation was also observed between Kd-137Cs and Kd-Cs. Although the Kd measurement methods were different between radionuclides and stable elements, the data were similar and showed weak correlations.
