Meanwhile, for the\npatients who receive two or more radiotherapy because of a local\nrecurrence and/or a remote metastasis, for physicians it is necessary to\nplan the radiation treatment so that the dose distribution would not\noverlap with previous radiation. Conventionally, a radiation oncologist\ndetermine a new plan by referring to a past radiation treatment plan\nvisually. However, this work is very complex and difficult, and high\nskill is required of doctors. In this study, we tried to develop a next\ngeneration system to support designing multiple treatments with reliable\nand effective radiation, and the nonlinear registration method for\naligning the intra-subject X-ray CT images obtained on another day was\nexamined.\nThe goal of this study is to combine the dose distribution of the\nrepeated radiation therapy on the nominal CT-image atlas and to evaluate\nthe tolerance dose of the each treated organs.
