{"created":"2023-05-15T14:51:32.452939+00:00","id":70455,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4d6f5bf4-f4ca-476b-a6a3-19a0137c2a12"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"70455","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"70455"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00070455","sets":["10:28"]},"author_link":["691851","691855","691856","691853","691857","691858","691852","691854","691850"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2011-06-10","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々はこれまでMR造影剤,蛍光色素,抗癌剤を含有したマルチモーダル温度応答性リポソームを使用し,蛍光・MR画像により,移植腫瘍への薬剤集積,ならびに加温によるリポソームの崩壊を可視化し,またその抗腫瘍効果について検証した.本報告では,担癌マウスに対し,抗癌剤を内包した温度応答性リポソームを用いた薬剤送達と局所加温に加え,放射線照射を併用することによる腫瘍治療効果についての基礎検討を行った.マウス由来大腸癌細胞を皮下移植した担癌マウスに対し,温度応答性リポソームを投与した後,皮下腫瘍表面温度が10分間42.5℃になるよう温水環流により加温した.
