{"created":"2023-05-15T14:50:56.001465+00:00","id":69624,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"f6f29a99-badb-4ec1-ba75-d27c7c98f071"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"69624","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"69624"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00069624","sets":["10:28"]},"author_link":["683451","683457","683463","683465","683466","683468","683469","683458","683454","683462","683452","683455","683460","683453","683456","683461","683467","683464","683459"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2008-12-06","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我々は以前に、水溶性ビタミンE誘導体が、致死線量の放射線照射からマウスを顕著に防護し、放射線防護剤として有効であることを明らかにした。これは水溶性ビタミンE誘導体が、放射線照射によって生体内で発生する活性酸素種やフリーラジカルを効率良く消去するためであると考えられる。本研究では、ビタミンEのフリーラジカル消去活性を増強し、優れた放射線防護剤を開発する目的で、分子内に塩基性部位としてピリジン側鎖を有する新規ビタミンE誘導体を合成した。また、ラジカル消去活性を速度論的に評価し、フリーラジカル消去機構についても検討したので報告する。\n酸素非存在下、メタノール中、25℃で、得られたビタミンE誘導体は、DPPH(2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl)ラジカルを効率良く消去した。ストップトフロー法によって得られた2次の反応速度定数は、ピリジン部位をもたないビタミンEモデルよりも約3倍大きくなった。これは分子内のピリジン部位が、ビタミンE骨格からDPPHラジカルへの電子移動反応で中間体として生成するビタミンEラジカルカチオンを顕著に安定化するためであると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名,
