{"created":"2023-05-15T14:48:00.021415+00:00","id":65787,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"869e806e-12b6-4519-9bc1-a1d06f6c3f65"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"65787","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"65787"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00065787","sets":["10:29"]},"author_link":["752680","752688","752678","752684","752695","752694","752679","752682","752687","752689","752685","752676","752693","752691","752690","752692","752681","752677","752683","752686"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2015-10-17","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"＜緒言＞\n大規模な動物を用いた放射線被ばく影響研究は、旧ソ連、米国、ヨーロッパおよび日本において第二次世界大戦から冷戦期にかけて数多く行われ、膨大な動物実験資料（動物試料と実験データ）が蓄積されてきた。これらの動物実験資料は、低線量被ばく影響の解明を握る貴重な資料と考えられてきが、保管･管理の維持に掛かる予算面の問題により、既に多くが失われている。現在では、同様な大規模動物実験は、倫理面（動物愛護の観点）や資金面により再現することは極めて困難な状況である。旧ソ連、米国およびヨーロッパの研究者らは、欧州連合（EU）、米国エネルギー省などの支援を得て、このような遺失の危機的状況にある貴重な動物実験資料の保存を開始した1,2)。現在、我々の研究所においても膨大な動物実験資料が蓄積されている。我々は、このような貴重な動物実験資料を保存すべく、放射線影響研究資源アーカイブ(J-SHARE, Japan-　StoreHouse of Animal Radiobiology Experiments）の構築を開始した。\n＜アーカイブ化予定の動物実験資料＞\n我々は、2004年度より大規模な動物実験を用いて小児期の放射線被ばく影響研究を開始し、膨大な動物実験資料を蓄積してきている。加えて、東日本大震災後に国民の関心事となった低線量率被ばく影響研究を開始し、動物実験資料を蓄積しつつある。現在、J-SHAREには、被ばく時年齢別（胎生期、小児期および成体期）、線種別（ガンマ線、炭素線、中性子線）、および被ばく条件別（単回、分割および低線量率連続）による寿命への影響評価研究と、乳がん、肺がんの発がんリスク評価研究で得られたマウスやラットの動物実験資料のアーカイブ化が進められている。遺伝的にがんに罹患しやすい動物モデルを用いた放射線発がん研究、放射線と化学発がん物質との複合曝露影響研究およびカロリー制限などによる放射線誘発がんの予防研究の動物実験資料も含まれている。\n＜動物実験病理情報支援システムによるデータ管理＞\nJ-SHAREには、2014 年度に開発した動物実験病理情報支援システムにより実験条件、解剖所見、肉眼像・病理組織画像、凍結試料、遺伝子解析データおよび病理診断データ等の全ての動物実験資料が個体別にバーコードにより一元管理されアーカイブ化されている。現在、J-SHAREのデータは、放医研内の端末のコンピュータより放射線の線種別、被ばく線量別、動物種、病理診断別などの条件により検索可能である。これまでに、J-SHAREに保存されている凍結試料と病理組織画像を利用して得られた研究成果をいくつか発表してきた3-7)。\n\n＜将来展望＞\n今後、J-SHAREを米国のJANUS (http://janus.northwestern.edu/janus2/index.php）や欧州のSTORE (http://www.rbstore.eu/) アーカイブと連携して国内外の研究機関へ公開し、世界の研究者との共同研究を通して放射線影響研究の成果の最大化に向けた有用なツールを目指し構築を進めていきたいと考えている。\nReference\n1)A. Genetic and epigenetic alterations in radiation-induced tumors have been also analyzed, with the aim to better understand mechanisms of radiation carcinogenesis, particularly those specific to childhood exposures. As well as the economic and practical limitations to repeating such large-scale experiments, ethical considerations make it vital that we store and share the pathological data and samples of the animal experiments for future use.
