It might be biologically quite reasonable that humans have destined to the Moon and are emergently reaching again, as continuous extension of their evolutionary migration which started from east Africa on the ancient Earth. Humans might have inherent genetic programs responsible for this everlasting migration. Occasional high energy and high dose radiation from the solar flare and from somewhere of space is serious concern for the future human activities on surface of the Moon. It is necessary to build on-site medical bases in case of accidental irradiation, with efficient shielding. Three huge vertical holes discovered in SELENE Terrain Camera data are promising candidate places for this purpose. These holes are probably skylights of underground gigantic caverns such as lava tubes, or magma chambers. Their associated subsurface caverns are considered to be highly shielded even from the high energy and high dose radiation from the solar flare and from somewhere of space. Detailed investigation of the above holes by UZUME (Unprecedented Zipangu (Japan) Underworld of the Moon Exploration) will uncover suitability to be used as medical bases of radiation emergency., 30th International Symposium on Space Technology and Science}, title = {Construction of Secure Medical Base of Radiation Emergency to Support Human Activities on the Moon in UZUME Project}, year = {2015} }
