Especially when patients receive multiple treatments, physicians need to generate cumulative dose distribution and evaluate over-all total dose according to the tolerance dose of organ at risk. In this study we register CT images of the same patient and develop total dose for multiple dose distribution by using non-rigid registration method. \nMaterials and Methods: Eleven cases (abdominal CT images with and without CE) are evaluated. We use non-rigid registration library of the Insight Toolkit (ITK) as open source software. First we make registrations for CT studies and then by using the same parameters we register DICOM-RT dose images. \nResults: By our preliminary study we reached optimal parameters for (1) Histogram Bin [26], (2) Grid Nodes - Coarse [5], (3) Grid Nodes - Fine [15], (4) Deformable Transform Maximum Step Length [30], (5) Deformable Transform Iterations [1500], (6) Deformable Transform Spatial Samples for coarse [200,000], (7) for fine [800,000]. We calculate anatomical distance for 6 points (lower end of kidney, iliac crest, bifurcation of aorta, upper end of pubic bone) and mean anatomical error is 3.91 mm. The error of dose distribution is 2% for max dose., 第73回日本医学放射線学会総会}, title = {ITKツールを用いた複数回の治療における線量分布合成に関する臨床的評価}, year = {2014} }
