{"created":"2023-05-15T14:47:47.348105+00:00","id":65522,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"1952018e-f529-48a5-b864-dd7603dcb69f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"65522","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"65522"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00065522","sets":["10:29"]},"author_link":["645349","645340","645338","645351","645339","645347","645343","645341","645335","645346","645350","645336","645334","645344","645342","645348","645345","645337"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2014-10-03","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【緒言】重粒子線治療や陽子線治療は小児腫瘍の治療にも有望であるが、小児の正常組織が粒子線に被ばくした場合のがんリスクはほとんど分かっていない。陽子線治療では特に、照射装置や患者体内で発生する中性子線への被ばくも問題となる。乳腺は放射線発がん感受性の高い組織であり、特に胸部腫瘍の治療において被ばくする可能性がある。そこで、ヒト乳がんの発がんモデルであるラットを用いて、小児期の炭素イオン線及び中性子線照射による発がん作用を調べた。\n【方法】新生児、思春期前もしくは思春期後に相当する1、3もしくは7週齢のSprague-Dawley雌ラットに、セシウム137γ線0.2~2Gy、290MeV/u単色炭素イオン線0.2~2Gyもしくは2MeV速中性子線0.05~1Gyを全身照射後、SPF環境で飼育して、90週齢までに触知される乳がんの発生をエンドポイントとして、非照射群をベースラインとしたハザード比を求め、線量効果関係の傾きを解析した。\n【結果】1週齢における最高線量の照射は規則的な発情周期(ヒトの月経周期に対応)の終了する年齢を有意に早めたため、線量効果関係の解析から除外した。γ線の線量効果関係の傾きは被ばく時年齢によりほとんど変わらなかった。炭素イオン線及び速中性子線の線量効果関係の傾きは被ばく時年齢が若い場合に低く、思春期後の被ばくで最も高かった。これらの傾きから求めた生物学的効果比は、炭素イオン線で0.2、1.3及び2.8、速中性子線で7、7及び18(それぞれ1、3及び7週齢)であった。これらの数値は小児の粒子線治療の二次がんリスク評価に有用であると考えられる。生物影響の年齢依存性が線種によって異なるメカニズムについては、今後検討する必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名,
